In pursuit of an adventure, a young orphan named Philip, and the son of a nobleman named Edmund become the most unlikely friends. In the dying age of piracy, Philip and Edmund find a mysterious map with a symbol that just so happens to match the pendant around Philip's neck.

The boys, partnered with a found family of misfit sailors and friendly pirates, embark on the greatest manhunt in all the seven seas. Everyone's out to find a dying Moon Maiden and legend has it, if you possess all her pendants, you can control the sea monsters she protects. Deadeyes, a blind but nefarious Pirate is after the maiden's power to reign over her monsters and all those at sea. All he needs is the last pendant.
